Bhagwant Mann Badly trolled on Twitter

The tussle between Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Prime Minister Narendra Modi shows no sign of abating. From governance of Delhi to recent demonetisation debate, Kejriwal has always locked his horns with the BJP-led government at the Centre. Among many such fights, one involves Aam Aadmi Party’s Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann. A parliament panel was set up during last Parliament session to probe Mann’s filming of “critical” areas of the House. Mann, had triggered a controversy in July by live-streaming the security arrangements at the Parliament House complex on social media.

The matter created grave concern among parliamentarians and the speaker had said posting such videos on social media had “put the security of the Parliament in peril”. Speaker Sumitra Mahajan also advised him not to attend “sittings of the House until a decision is taken in the matter.”
Not being allowed to attend the Winter Session, Mann on Friday sat on a dharna outside the House with a placard that read, “Modi is afraid of me, so he keeps me out of the Parliament.” A photograph of Mann sitting in protest was tweeted by AAP convener on Twitter to garner support as the party has been claiming Mann’s ouster as “political conspiracy”. However, what followed next on the social media was hilarious. Twitterati took charge and had a field day photoshopping the text on Mann’s placard.
Many users trolled the duo and posted various versions of alternative text slamming not only the Punjab MP but also Delhi CM. Some of the tweets were also loaded with profanity and labelled Mann as a drunkard.
